RETURNS POLICY

If you need to return or exchange any item purchased, please contact us by e mail and let us know. sales@thefairycastle.co.uk

You can return the goods and receive a refund, if you do so within 7 days of the date of delivery, for U.K. mainland customers, and 28 days for non U.K. mainland customers. However postage costs will not be refunded in this instance. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.

If the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit , then we will either exchange the goods , free of charge, or give you a full refund including delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to us within 7 days of the date of delivery.

There is a return address label attached to your invoice.

Returns must be sent via Royal Mail, and we recommend using recorded delivery. Please include the delivery note, or a copy of your e mail invoice.

EXCHANGES

If the costume is ordered in the wrong size and an exchange is required, this can be provided but a postage charge will be incurred. As with returns the exchange must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt, in its original condition and packaging.
