DELIVERY U.K.

We aim to despatch your fairy items within two days , subject to item availability, although we will usually despatch on the day of receipt. We use Royal Mail First Class recorded Delivery for all U.K. postal addresses. this usually arrives the next day , but can sometimes take longer , it is not a guaranteed delivery service , and we cannot confirm the date of delivery .Orders will need to be signed for on receipt, and for your convenience you can arrange delivery to any postal address.

U.K. DELIVERY CHARGES

Our standard delivery charge from the fairy castle is £3.95.

We also have a small order charge, for small fairy orders less than £10.00. This costs £2.75, and despatch is by first class mail post recorded delivery.

All fairy orders over £30 have free postage by first class recorded delivery

Larger fairy orders will be sent by courier service, these will also need to be signed for.

We also have the option of "guaranteed next day delivery" This will cost an extra £2. Delivery is on working days only, bank holidays, weekends and other closed days are excluded.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY

Europe:

Major cities in Europe should allow at least 5 days for delivery once the order has been placed and confirmed as shipped. We use Royal Mail International "signed for "and Royal Mail "parcel force" for our overseas deliveries. The parcel will have full insurance and proof of posting.

We charge £6.00 for airmail delivery up to 1kg , if the weight of the package s greater than this we may have to make an extra charge, but we always try to keep this extra charge to a minimum .If the package does weigh more than 1kg , we will add the extra postal charges when the order is being processed. If any charge is more than £9 we will contact you promptly to get your approval before we add the charge.

International:

For orders within the USA and Rest of world, parcels generally take 7-9 days, although it may take up to 14 days until arrival. The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties payable within their own country. It is our understanding that at present within the USA, any gift item under $100 is free of customs duties.

We charge £7.00 for airmail delivery up to 1kg, if the package does weigh more than 1kg we will add any extra postal charges when the order is being processed, if any charge is more than £10, we will contact you promptly to get your approval before we add the charge.

The parcel requires a signature on arrival. If you are not a home the postman should leave a card through the door to inform you. The parcel must be collected by a certain date, otherwise it is returned to us, in this situation we do not refund the shipping charge, and we charge to resend the parcel.
